The intrinsic quality of our products is a core value at Bergbanket BV. This is consistently stressed internally. It’s also reflected in our international BRC and IFS certification and our own quality control.
Our quality control keeps a sharp eye on the safety and quality of our products, packaging and work environment. How do they do it?
• They use a leak tester to check the packaging for leakage and visual correctness.
• Quality control will check the work environment for order, neatness and hygiene.
• Every morning, our quality control will test the biscuits, rusks and crackers made in the last 24 hours in terms of taste and appearance.
• The moisture content of the dough is also checked every hour.
• They conduct sensory tests on the products throughout their entire shelf life. After, for example, 2, 4 and 6 months.
